Calisthenics is a training method that uses only the body's weight. You don't need dumbbells, bars, rings, or weightlifting equipment to gain strength, burn fat, and sculpt your muscles. Your body is your gym, and with exercises that utilize only your body weight, you can work out your legs, back, arms, chest, shoulders, and abdomen.
