Body cam footage of arrest leads to demotion of police officer

A Fortville police officer who was shot multiple times in the line of duty in 2012 has given up his position as a lieutenant after being investigated by his own department and Indiana State Police for his handling of an arrest. In body cam footage, he can be seen shoving a handcuffed woman into a chair and "pulled her from a squad car with more force than necessary".
