This old 17" laptop is still my favorite laptop when I go onsite to work. I have a Hotel wireless job coming up and need a device that can this new 6E standard. This actually only a $25 upgrade. 6GHZ wireless is fast but you sill look a lot of range. You will probably have to be in line of site with the access point to get the full benefit.
