AG Office Sentence Farmington Hills Man For Kitchen Aid Mixer Retail Fraud

Michigan Attorney General's Office announced the sentencing of Brian Roussey, 31, of Farmington Hills on three counts of Organized Retail Fraud.

From 2020 to 2022, Roussey was walking into Detroit Metro Target stores and walking out with Kitchen Aid stand mixers without paying for them. He would then resell them for profit.

In September Roussey pled guilty on all three counts.

He was also ordered to pay over $20,000 in restitution to the retailer Target.
