Yoga Burn Challenge
The Yoga Burn Challenge is a 30-day yoga program designed to help you lose weight, tone your muscles, and improve your flexibility. The program combines dynamic yoga poses with cardio exercises to create a challenging and effective workout.
The challenge is divided into four levels, each of which increases in difficulty as you progress. Each level includes four workouts, which you can do in any order. The workouts last for 30-45 minutes, and they are designed to be done on consecutive days.
