Burglar Targets Same Store in One Month

Authorities need help identifying a burglar accused of robbing a business twice over the span of three weeks. The first incident happened on September 6. Authorities say an unidentified male ripped an air conditioning unit out of Creative Windows, located at 3540 Canal Street, broke into the business and stole a TV, laptop and drill set. On Saturday at approximately 9:30 p.m. the same burglar was caught on surveillance footage breaking into the same business and leaving with a laptop and computer monitor before officers arrived. The suspect is described as a black or Hispanic male, with a medium build and short cropped hair. Anyone with information is asked to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.
