Grand Welcome Ceremony for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and His Special Visit to Lingyin Temple

The magnificent welcome ceremony for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his wife in #CCPChina, upon their arrival for #AsianGames2023 in #Hangzhou, #China on Sep 21, was truly impressive.
Not only this, #XiJinping arranged a special civilian plane to fly to #Syria to receive the entire family, strategically avoiding countries imposing sanctions on Syria that could jeopardize al-Assad's security. The special plane thoughtfully chose a unique route, adding over 1,000 kilometers to the journey.
The al-Assad family received exceptional treatment during their stay: Lingyin Temple, one of Hangzhou's most renowned Buddhist temples, not only rolled out the red carpet but also opened the main gate for al-Assad. Traditionally, the main gate has remained closed for centuries. Visitors can only enter via the side gates.
Upon their departure back to #Syria on Sep 27, they left their three children in China, and the #CCP took significant measures, even sending a special plane to escort them.
Now, after the #IsraelHamasWar, these arrangements take on new significance, offering a fresh perspective on the events.
