Ring Cam Footage Shows Parents Urging Little Kids To Rob Halloween Decorations From Porch

A Washington DC homeowner was “disgusted” after her Ring doorbell camera caught young children stealing Halloween decorations from her front porch — and nearby adults appearing to direct the crime. Disturbing footage shows three children walking up onto the Hillcrest home around 8:30 p.m. on October 12, WUSA9 reported.

The kids peek into the home through a window when an adult appears in the frame, appearing to direct them, video shows. A second adult can be seen standing guard back on the sidewalk in front of the house. According to the footage, two of the children each snatch a basket off the porch and take off running with the adults in tow.
