1 Tablespoon coriander seeds
1 Tablespoon Kashmiri chili
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Peppercorn
about 1 tablespoon salt
Cup of fresh coriander
8 cloves garlic
1 large red onion
5 slices ginger
more chili optional
