When we were looking up information to travel Sri Lanka, we were so excited. Quite a few travelers that we have meet in Asia fell in love with this island country and would always recommend we travel to places with kind of intense names. We would get; you should travel Negombo, or you should travel Kandy, or my favorite...travel Nuwara Eliya. Except, no one ever says Nuwara Eliya. It always sounded like Newar Elya so Googling it was a little difficult. lol As soon as we figured it out and saw images of Nuwara Eliya, we knew that we had to go!
