Unlawful Arrest by St. Augustine Police

Unlawful arrest of Jaime Parham by the St. Augustine Police, 8/14/20.

The woke City of St. Augustine and SAPD worked with BLM extremists to remove a War Veterans Memorial (cenotaph) in the name of "racial justice".

The City was in violation of Trump's 2020 Executive Order protecting monuments and memorials from damage and destruction.

Construction workers dumped the bones of people's ancestors into suitcases and discarded them so that city archeologists would not see them. The discovery of graves would have stopped the project.

The city did not want to stop the project because they had already promised money up charged for the removal of the memorial to the BLM leader who threatened them with violence and threatened to burn down the city if the Commission did not remove the "racist monument to white supremacy."

Jaime Parham was peacefully and respectfully practicing his Constitutional Right to free speech and committing no crime when (former) SAPD Police Chief Barry Fox ordered him arrested for use of a megaphone; something BLM did constantly with no consequences.

Jaime resisted peacefully as he knew it was an unlawful arrest. They forcefully pepper sprayed his eye at an illegal distance and caused him permanent eye damage.
