It's called RECCE LOAD OUT PART 1 and I produced this video about 1 year ago. Its has some great information as well.

By the way after making this video I relocated my SMOKE GRENADE pouch closer to the front of my plate carrier. This illustrates exactly why you need to train. It took too long to get those items out of the pouch. So I moved them closer to my front. I need to correct a misspoken statement when I mentioned that the Smoke Grenades would be used for COVER....what I failed to mention is they will be used to allow me or others to get to COVER. Smoke by itself is Concealment. Sorry for the confusion.
