OC housing market has obstacles in its way such as these high mortgage rates not seen in 23 years or so. Home affordability is at record lows so if the economy softens anymore or inflation continues to drive upward, some may feel that prices may fall!

Depending on price bracket the days on market changes:

Prices below $750k is at 33 days.
From $1.5M to $2M expected time is 59days
From $2m to $4M expted time is 92 days above $6M is 260 day
