The summer garden leftovers haven't yet caught on to the fact that their season has finally passed, and we are now firmly into fall!
We, however, are not complaining as this means the best of both worlds, with lovely peppers, tomatillos, and eggplants alongside brisk temperatures.
We do know it's only a matter of time, but we are embracing the cross-over while it lasts.
