Worst Neighborhood in Philadelphia, Homeless Addicts Talk! WalkinAndTalkinAcrossAmerica

A 20 minute talk with a homeless couple trying to survive on the streets of the Kensington neighborhood in Philadelphia Pennsylvania as drug addicts. There are needles below the man's chair and 3 more I saw just on the steps that this couple calls home. Why isn't our government getting these people and all those like them, off the streets? I bet with all the $$$ sent to Ukraine for that conflict with Russia, we could have housed every homeless person in America. For the love of humanity, America should be able to help it's own! Just sayin'!
