Chicago Alderman Introduced Bill To Punish Parents For Their Crappy Thug Kids' Criminality

A Chicago alderman wants to fine parents of children he claims are 'out of control and cause 90 percent' of the city's problems up to $5,000. Alderman Ray Lopez, a Democrat, is suggesting the new punishment, which would be partnered with 'licensed family counseling.'

'We have children who are out of control causing 90 percent of the problems, particularly as it relates to the street takeovers, drag racing and all of the other illegal activities,' Lopez said.
