Episode 187 Ayurveda and The Natural Law w/ Amish Shah

Amish Shah found himself living a life many of us are in - unhealthy, in pain, and simply knowing there has got to be something better. After exhausting traditional Western medicine, he journeyed back to the roots of his ancestors in India to the practice of Ayurveda. He documented his journey from diseased to health in the film The Natural Law.

In this episode, Amish provides us with a masterclass in Ayurveda. He openly admits that even though it was his heritage, he did not know much about the principles of Ayurveda until he began his personal healing journey. The practice of Ayurveda has stood the test of time because it is a discipline that uses the power and understanding of nature to heal. Let us not forget that we are a part of nature and therefore can find our healing journey in natural ways.

Amish Shah is the producer of the documentary The Natural Law, a film about his journey to health through the practice of ayurveda. The film has won awards at 6 different film festivals.
