Journey to Reaction

In this September 22nd 2023 edition of "Tune In with Tony", a message from spirit is about "Journey to Reaction" Information and meditation on a technique to enhance your ability to react and address important things not everything. This topic is an important one as it asks you to address what is deep within you that is poking you in negative ways. Tony gives many examples of the benefits of this journey to create a buffer of calm so that there is room to look and feel things subjectively.
