Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited his American counterpart Joe Biden for a tea in Moscow as he mocked the U.S. decision to supply ATACMS missiles to Ukraine. “If Russia has lost the war, (Biden) can take a seat and eat pancakes and visit us for some tea,” Putin told reporters in China. Putin said the U.S. made another big mistake by supplying ATACMS to Ukraine, adding that it won’t make much difference on the battlefield
