Putin filmed in China accompanied by officers with Russian nuclear briefcase

Russian President went to meet Xi Jinping on the sidelines of Belt and Road Forum. Putin was accompanied by officers carrying the so-called nuclear briefcase. This briefcase can be used to order a nuclear strike. The briefcase is with the president at all times but is rarely filmed.
