Info from Licensor: "I went to the hairdresser where I was attended by the owner whom I did not know. My appointment was to perform a keratin treatment and in the process, he proposed to buy a lock of my hair to which I refused. Again proposing that I would receive a free balayage treatment in exchange for a lock of my hair. Once he finished and turned my chair around I could no longer see 70% of my hair. It suddenly felt like he cut the whole cuff and I asked him to stop but he continued."
