Is Biden Further Funding Terrorists With Taxpayer Dollars?

Biden announces $100 million hard cash to Israel and to Gaza! He is further funding terrorists as that money will not go to help the people in Gaza. Israel asked for 10 million, but Biden is giving $100 million of U.S. taxpayer dollars while America is seriously drowning in debt. Who does this guy care about? It's certainly not the American people. America is looking more and more like Venezuela, and it appears that that's what the Biden administration wants.
