This is a capture of me playing the deathmatch multiplayer mode in Conker's Bad Fur Day on the Nintendo 64. This is not an emulator. This footage was captured directly from my Nintendo 64 using an actual Conker's Bad Fur Day cartridge.

I realized that I had not posted any single-player footage of the deathmatch mode to show myself playing against the AI, so here's a recording of this mode. I already have footage posted of four-player splitscreen deathmatch, but you don't get any AI opponents with that many players.

The deathmatch mode is simply represented by a skull icon and is a free-for-all combat scenario. Deathmatch mostly features maps from the other multiplayer modes such as the Vault from Heist, but this mode does have an original map named Bunker, which I'm showing off here.

Bunker is interesting because of the environmental hazards such as electrified floors and flame walls. You can also run into the bathroom and piss everywhere. If anyone else happens to run in there, you can piss on them to do damage. Sometimes the AI opponents will actually run in and give you the opportunity to do that.

Aside from that, there's also a chain gun bolted to the floor in one of the areas. I prefer to run around with either a bazooka or chainsaw and just go to town on everyone.

For this video I played against nine AI opponents on bastard difficulty.

Recorded with the Hauppauge HD PVR and the official N64 S-video cable. I used a Toshiba model D-R550 DVD Recorder to upconvert the N64's native 240p signal to 480i so that the Hauppauge could capture the console's audio/video signal.

I'm using a standard Nintendo 64 controller.
