Tom Brady has released a book in which he unveils that the secret to his success is drinking water. Fumble TV reporter, Angela Struck comments sports news and gossip referring to Brady's book. Apparently his key to success is something we all do every single day - drink water

Want to win five Super Bowls and become one of the best quarterbacks of all time, no problem, forget genetics because all you need to do is purchase Brady's book "TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance" for the low price of $29.99.
If you flip to Chapter 7 entitled “Hydration”, Brady goes into detail on the various types of water: Tap, Distilled, Spring, Mineral, Carbonated, Purified, etc.

Call me crazy but I am pretty sure that drinking water isn't going to get me to the professional football hall of fame. However, according to Brady, not only will water help you achieve a lifetime of sustained peak performance, it also prevents sunburns.

In the book he says "When I was growing up and outside in the sun, I got sunburned a lot. These days, even if I get an adequate amount of sun, I won't get sunburn, which I credit to the amount of water I drink". Actually no, I want to know what Brady was drinking when he wrote that quote because water is definitely healthy but it sure does not prevent sunburn. Wear your SPF.
To get the icing on the cake, Brady is also willing to sell you some of his electrolyte water for $15 a bottle.
