From what I saw raging surf doesn't live up to its name much, as the water pokemon here don't stand out a lot and aren't that many of them here either. I wasn't very impressed by the trainer cards here, in fact one of them made me really angry; but it does include some good reprints. Within the pokemon ex we do get a few good support pokemon and a very good attacker.
