NEW REPORT: July 26, 2023. How far have Utah House Prices DROPPED? Utah YEAR over YEAR Housing Statistics. New data was just released. I’m going to compare June of last year to JUNE 2023. In June 2022, 4,060 homes were sold. In June 2023, 3,358 homes sold. 702 fewer homes sold in June 2023 compared to 1 year ago. In June of 2022, a home sold in just 9 days. It’s taking 12 days longer to sell a home today. The median price per sq.ft. was $239.19. We are down by $11/sq.ft. from 1 year ago. In June 2022, the Median Sold price for a single-family home was $594,000 compared to $550,000 today. The median sold price of a home is down by $44,000. When looking at these numbers, it looks like the market is declining. But home prices have increased the last 5 months.
