HUGE JUMP in UTAH Home Prices! 😳 #utahhousingmarket

NEW REPORT: July 28, 2023. UNBELIEVABLE Utah MONTH over MONTH Housing Statistics. New data was just released. I’m going to compare last month’s Utah Housing Statistics to the previous month. In May 2023 - 3,389 total units were sold. In June 2023 - 3,358. 41 fewer homes were sold this last month. Homes are selling 2 days faster, dropping to 21 days on market. The median price per sq.ft. increased a few bucks to $228.28. In May, the Median Sold price for a single-family home was $541,000. In one month, it jumped to $550,000 a shocking increase of $9,000. Even though mortgage rates have been sitting above 7%, home values continue to increase.
