This video is 2 hours long, so we listed all of the problems below. Both guns are 100% Factory beyond the broken parts that were replaced by the Agency (Autosear Pin & Hammer Pin)

We apologize the the background noise. We had numerous issues with our camera equipment and microphone. We hope to eliminate these issues before our next video.

We did NOT make all of the repairs I wanted to perform because the repairs were not approved at the time of the video. We are working to have the proper fixes approved. If the proper fixes are approved, we will make a Part 2 and include 4 more identical rifles.

BRO SPEC15 Gun #1 & Suppressor
• Won’t Run Over gassed (Ejection Pattern)
• Erratic Ejection Carrier Bolt Tail Run Oversize (Insufficient Gas System)
• Bolt Catch Stiff (Cause - Rough Bolt Catch & Sprinco Orange Buffer Spring)
• 1 Carrier Key Screw Loose (Gas Leakage - Carrier Key & Screws should be replaced)
• Rail System Loose Gas Tube Loose in Gas Block (Insufficient Gas System) Gas Block Shot Loose (Lack of Thread locker & Torque - Reinstalled with Rocksett)
• Bolt Cam Pin Hole accepted No Go Gauge (Short Life Expectancy)
• .085 Gas Port (.015 Oversize about 40% Over gassed)
• No Grease/Torque or Thread lockers on Rail System Screws (Rail System Loose)
• Cheap Roll Pins (Replaced Ejector Pin with 420 Stainless Spirol)
• Adjustable Gas Block (Untrustworthy for a Defensive Gun)
• Orange Spring (Approx. 2x Power of a standard Carbine Spring & Damaging Autosear/Sear Pin)
• Insufficient Gas Key to Lower Receiver Gap
• Castle Nut Under torqued & NOT Staked (Wrong Thread locker used in place of Staking - Reinstalled with VC-3)
• Bad Extractor Spring (Replaced with Sprinco 5 Coil)
• Weak Ejector Spring (Replaced with Sprinco)
• Bolt not High Pressure Tested Gas Tubes Roll Pin Damaged Hammer Spring worn

• Runs but Over gassed (Ejection Pattern)
• Short Headspace
• 2 Carrier Key Screws Loose (Gas Leakage- Carrier Key & Screws should be replaced)
• Cratered/Pitted Firing Pin Tip & Magnetized (Replaced Firing Pin)
• No Grease/Torque or Thread lockers on Rail System Screws
• Bolt Cam Pin Hole is not Swaged/Peened Rough Ejector Tunnel in Bolt (Deburred)
• .084 Gas Port (.014 Oversize about 40% Over gassed)
• Cheap Roll Pins (Replaced Ejector Pin with 420 Stainless Spirol)
• Adjustable Gas Block (Untrustworthy for a Defensive Gun)
• Orange Spring (Approx. 2x Power of a standard Carbine Spring & Damaging Autosear/Sear Pin)
• Insufficient Gas Key to Lower Receiver Gap
