New report: Interesting Utah Month over Month Housing Numbers #utahrealestate

NEW REPORT: September 4, 2023. Interesting Utah Month over Month Housing Numbers. New data was just released & Utah’s month over month housing numbers will be surprised many of you. In June 3,358 total units sold. In July, 3,038 units sold. 320 fewer homes were sold this month compared to last month. Homes are selling 3 days slower, falling to 24 days on market. The median price per sq.ft. decreased to $227.61. In June, the Median Sold price for a single-family home was $550,000. This month it hit to $552,000 an increase of $2,000. The price for multi-family housing dropped $10,000 down to $390,000. So, even though mortgage rates continued to climb higher, well above 7%, single family home prices still increased.
