CRIMINAL SPAM SITE (Players) ON YOUTUBE , since 2013 !

This is a scam site (IND..s) in use since 2013.
At the 5:22 mark on this video from yesterday. I lay it out...what happened..

For 10 years the site is been up and running and scamming people and identity theft. As you see in the video cannot submit this site to YouTube. Won't provide submit button.
Someway somehow they have hacked YouTube so to prevent people reporting them.

If anybody have any way to report this to YouTube please do, and show me how to do it.
I tried searching for videos that will provide the means to do it, but unable to find one !

How can you report criminals committing criminal acts, when you are unable to submit it.
Any assistant is appreciated greatly
