For the last few months, I have been training Muay Thai at a Muay Thai Training Gym in Thailand called Khun Suek! When I first thought about taking a Muay Thai class, I was worried because I didn't know what to expect. I looked at every Muay Thai vlog that I could find on YouTube, but no matter how many Muay Thai vlogs I saw, none prepared me for what it's like to do Muay Thai personal training. At my Muay Thai Training Gym in Krabi, Thailand, my trainer focuses on pad work, my Thai kickboxing skills, and also confidence during fights.
My gym offers Muay Thai Training camps which is what I've recently been doing and I've seen great results on not just my physique, but also my technical Muay Thai skills. If you're planning on training Muay Thai in Thailand, I say, just do it! I hope this video helps you with what to expect in your Muay Thai Training class especially if you're a beginner.
