It certainly looked like Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was caught off-guard by the CBS morning show when they pressed him on when he would join the growing chorus of Democratic senators called for the resignation of embattled Sen. Bob Menendez (R-NJ). Menendez, the deposed Chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, is facing a second round of federal charges - this time for alleged bribery and for failing to register as a foreign agent acting for Egypt. Gene Berardelli discusses what's up with Chuck, and why he's tap dancing around these questions.
