1 medium Cabbage
Filling:

500gm beef mince ( 30% fat)
1 onion
1 cup of rice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1 garlic clove
1 TBSP capsicum paste
1 TBSP tomato paste
dash of olive oil

Sauce
1 TBSP capsicum paste
1 TBSP tomato paste
6 TBSP olive oil
salt and pepper
