Johnny and I are fishing on my buddies pond for tilapia. We are using a ACCcrappiestix doc shooter with 10 pound braded line. Bait is worm on a slip float rig.

The pond was stocked with tilapia for grass removal. As the water cool they will all die. So we are attempting to catch as many as we can prior to this.

The standing state record is 3.35 pound. Johnny catches a 3.5 pound blue tilapia. As of now it is the pending state record for Texas you fishing.
