Governor Kotek of Oregon gives message to students

Governor Kotek who along with the other leaders of Oregon and OHA (Oregon Health Authority) kept schools in Oregon closed for 18 months during the pandemic. The best she can do is record a message to kids with her dog because she has no children and has no idea what it is like to navigate the public school mess that is in Oregon.
