I think that homelessness has gotten a bad name causing the average person to stereo type a homeless person as a drug addict or super crazy. The truth is that the reason America has the opportunities is because you can always pull yourself up by your bootstraps. In the modern era this looks like homelessness. There are those within the homeless community that are homeless, but working towards goals such as getting off the streets.
