WHY DID THE U.S. NOT KNOW ABOUT AND STOP THE HAMAS TERRORIST ATTACK?

American citizens were killed and taken hostage. We cannot be afraid to ask the questions necessary to find out why this all happened. What were the people at these agencies doing? The answer is: NOT ENOUGH!! This needs to be fixed as soon as possible and individuals need to be held accountable.
