How they keep us as victims

They keep us focused on victimization, racism, and oppression to keep us from achieving. Focusing our attention on these issues keeps us distracted from pursuing our purpose and accomplishing our goals. If the system can't get us in line, it will hire a black person to masquerade as one who is working on our behalf in order to redirect our energies back to the issues that keep us struggling.
