ZERCHERS! 🦍
The Zercher Squat is an excellent exercise. New in this program, but me and Zerch go way back.
It offers solid gains for grapplers, strongmen, linemen and props. Even people who work manual labour jobs can benefit from this one.
Once you get used to the position of the bar it's pretty smooth sailing. The movement itself feels natural and intuitive.
I have never felt my core brace and control heavy weight as much as I do Zercher or lifting Atlas stones, which stands out to me being a person who has injured their back on many occasions.
