Annular Eclipse in cloudy Oregon, October 14, 2023 (second video)

There were only a few seconds every now and then when you could see the eclipse. Besides just a half dozen 'good' photos (ha!) when there were mere seconds to get your photo, there were just a few instances here and there where you could try for a video. This is one such attempt.
