Bernard Chow Republican candidate for NY City Council D23

Bernard is a community activist fighting to save the SHSAT and for merit in NYC school system, and was active in all the protests against the Creedmoor tent city. He is New York State Senate Community Liaison and is running for City Council against Councilwoman Linda Lee, who only toes the Democrat Party line to save her own career.
