The ATF, in a letter to Q LLC, arbitrarily and without any evidence, declared that all Honey Badger Pistols, utilizing a pistol stabilizing brace made by SB Tactical, to now be a "Short Barreled Rifle" regulated by the National Firearms Act. Turning lawful citizens into felons that can be sentenced to 10 years in prison and made to pay $10,000 in fines.

The ATF is out of place and ultimately this speaks to a broader issue of agencies in the government creating laws, when they have no business creating laws.
