I explain why I think it is wrong to describe the actions of Hamas – namely, hiding in schools and hospitals and mosques – as “using human shields”. I also explain why I believe that Hamas takes shelter, and launches mortar attacks, from such places. Topics discussed include the State of Israel’s Hannibal Directive, and the recent deployment of two thousand U.S. Marines and soldiers to the Holy Land.
