Dog Survives Being Trapped in Cave With Bear for 3 Days

A dog named Charlie fell down an extremely narrow cave shaft and became stuck about 40 feet down. Waldens Creek Volunteer Fire Department says two ​​rescuers descended into the cave to rescue the trapped hunting dog, but they found another animal they weren’t planning on — a 200-pound black bear. Despite sharing a cave with a bear, authorities say Charlie was hungry and a bit dehydrated, but otherwise in good condition.
