"Deliciously Moist Banana Bread Oat Muffins: The Perfect Breakfast Treat!"

These banana oat muffins are going to be your next breakfast addiction! Here’s how you make them:

For 10 muffins:

Muffin batter:
100 ml milk
120 ml butter (melted)
200 g flour
130 g oats (thin rolled / quick)
1,5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cardamom
140 g sugar
2 small bananas (mashed)

1. Combine melted butter with sugar and whisk. Then add the eggs one by one and whisk again.
2. Add the milk. Add the mashed banana.
3. Lastly sift and fold in the dry ingrediens followed by the chocolate.
4. Scoop the mixture into a muffin tray with 10 paper muffinforms attached till they are half full. Sprinkle with some additional chocolate and oats on top along with the banana.
5. Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 220°C and turn down the heat to 180°C for 10-15 min. Check if they’re done with a toothpick). Let them cool down completely and enjoy!
