Easy Panipuri recipe in description
**Ingredients:**
- Puris (readily available or homemade)
- For the Filling:
- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- Boiled black chickpeas
- Tamarind chutney
- Green chutney (made with coriander and mint)
- Chopped onions
- Chaat masala
- Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Puris:**
- If you're making puris at home, you'll need a dough made from semolina or all-purpose flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them into small, round discs.
- Heat oil for deep frying and fry these discs until they puff up and turn golden brown. Set them aside to cool.
2. **Prepare the Fillings:**
- Boil and mash the potatoes. You can add a pinch of salt and a dash of chaat masala for flavor.
- Boil the black chickpeas until they are soft and tender.
3. **Assemble the Panipuri:**
- Take a puri and gently create a hole in the center, making a cavity for the filling.
4. **Add the Fillings:**
- Start by placing a spoonful of mashed potatoes and boiled chickpeas inside the puri.
5. **Tamarind Chutney:**
- Drizzle a spoonful of tamarind chutney for a sweet and tangy flavor.
6. **Green Chutney:**
- Add a spoonful of green chutney for a spicy and herby kick.
7. **Chopped Onions:**
- Sprinkle finely chopped onions into the puri for a crunchy and fresh element.
8. **Spices:**
- Season your Panipuri with chaat masala, red chili powder, and a bit of salt, adjusting to your taste preferences.
9. **Serve and Enjoy:**
- Quickly serve the Panipuri as they tend to get soggy. Eat it in one bite or take small bites to savor the medley of flavors.
