Baidu's Ernie Bot is out and availabel for public. We have tried it out and show you how to use it. Ernie Bot is very intuitive to use and can easily handle english language input. We tested several prompts and the performance was great. Ernie Bot is for free, but you need a Chinese mobile phone number for authentification.
