SpaceX Starlink Mysterious Regulatory Filing

SpaceX has submitted a mysterious regulatory filing for 29,888 satellites which appeared to be from the Kingdom of Tonga, in a bid to secure additional radio spectrum and upgrade its Starlink network.

I was not going to report on this because honestly, it sounded ridiculous and far-fetched. That said, after some additional research, I think we got to the bottom of this latest SpaceX Starlink filling with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
