Ingredients
* 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
* 60g (1/4 us cup) Greek yogurt
* 60g (3/4 is cup) oat
* 1 egg
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method
1. Place all the ingredients apart from the oat into a food processor/blender and pulse until they form a smooth batter.
2. Add in the oat and pulse again until well blended.
3. Then pour 1-2 tablespoon of batter onto a greased non sticky skillet on a medium heat.
4. Use a spoon to spread out the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
5. Enjoy!
