A new development that would bring over 250 homes to South Meridian is one step closer to becoming a reality. At Tuesday night's Meridian City Council meeting, the council unanimously approved the preliminary plat for the Windrow neighborhood.
The Windrow neighborhood will include 252 residential spaces and 40 common lots across 64 acres. The homes are planned to be between 1,350 and 2,700 square feet.
